Pharm Tech Exam Dates

PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIST PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION
FOR BOTH LEVEL I AND LEVEL II CANDIDATES

Examination Date = Monday 17th June 2013 for the written paper.

Oral Examinations = as per schedule to be communicated on <a later date>.


There will be two papers:

1. PAPER I in the Morning
2. PAPER II in the Afternoon

Remember to carry the following:

1. Identity card or Passport
2. Calculator

The venue will be KICC - Nairobi

Reporting time will be 7:00 A.M.

Deadline for submission of application is Friday, 12th April 2013.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT

The Evaluation and Assessment is to ensure that all candidates who are assessed meet the basic requirements in Pharmaceutical Sciences for purposes of Enrolment.

Be a Holder of Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or its equivalent from a recognised institution.
Must have passed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with an average grade of C (plain) or its equivalent and
Have a cluster subjects of C (plain) in English/Kiswahili languages, Chemistry (or Physical Science), Biology (or Biological Science) and Physics and Mathematics.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Certified copy of the O-Level certificate or equivalent.
Certified copy of Diploma certificate.
A certified transcript of Pharmaceutical Technologist diploma course completed showing subjects, hours and examinations results.
Evidence of supervised practical attachment.
Certified National Identity card/Passport.
2 Passport size photographs.
